I need a moment!

I hate the saying "When it rains, it pours" because I am really feeling like it does! I am normally quite an optimistic person, but holy cow! My optimism sure is being tested!

I still am not working. I haven't worked since the end of September because of my knee injury...which means that I don't have income. But that doesn't stop the bills from coming in! I filed for disability, but it still is processing. Tick tock tick tock!

Then TODAY I realized I haven't received my notice for renewing my car's registration. As I was shutting my trunk after I had a full day at physical therapy and the library at school, I looked at the tags. I about had a heart attack! They expired in August!!!! 

I ran inside to call the DMV and they told me that my car is no longer registered in California, in fact, it was registered in Arizona.

And the best {sarcasm} part of this, everything was closed by the time I got off the phone with the DMV. 

Now I have to wait until Monday to fix this problem. And not drive my car. 

Just wait to pay for registration and most likely a huge fee. {ouch}

Thank goodness I haven't gotten pulled over, that would have been bad! 

I've been breaking the law for going on 3 months now. I feel like a bad person :[

But, I always say "It could always be worse!"

On a positive note, I do have a very fun weekend planned with my boy and a fun and easy recipe that I tried today that I would like to share! :]
