I've been working on not judging people on their decisions. Because ultimately, it affects their life and not mine.
But I am going to speak out about little Miss Farrah Abraham.
Most know her from MTV's "Teen Mom". Some may know her from recently seeing her on TMZ and every other gossip TV show or website.
A little background: she was arrested for a DUI and has now come out with a sex tape and sold it to a porn company.
She does not come off as having any shame whatsoever.
She posted a video online a few hours ago stating "What would you do? You have been a single mother for four years dating loser boys who always try to sell information, lie to you, manipulate, and you've just realized you're and awesome personality and you deserve someone."
Well, let me tell you what I would do. I would get an education that will help me get a job that would support me and my daughter and not turn to making a porn that is for everyone to see, including my daughter and all of her friends and teachers she will be dealing with when she is old enough to know that her mother did the dirty on camera.
And I am a little confused. What has her dating record have anything to do with her making a porno? Sure I'm sure after watching it, a lot of guys will be flocking to her, but not for the right reasons!!
I think it's great that Farrah wrote a book about her experience, but once she started flaunting around her improved boobies and her bikini bod on the internet, she lost all respect from me. She was actually one of my favorite Teen Moms because she was always so stubborn to successful and achieve her dreams.
Well, that went out the window. Rumor has it that her sex tape will make its appearance sometime next week. I'm sure her parents are proud that her daughter made it to a teenage boy's computer screen world wide.
Like the title says, this was a random rant. I honestly hate that some women turn to taking off their clothes for money. I have no problem if they want to make a personal video or take photos, as long as they remain private.
Phew! Now that is out of my system, I am going to go enjoy my Friday night. Have a great weekend!!

DeleteOf all the reality shows I have been addicted to, I could never get into Teen Mom and boy am I glad. My knowledge of Farrah at this point is strictly from blogs so I don't know that much but it makes me sick that she's getting all of this (planned I'm assuming) publicity for having a baby at a young age then slutting it up on camera. Epic society fail.

DeleteI'm so glad you posted about this! Farrah was one of my favorites too, even though she was always crying and even though she was always SUCH a brat to her parents. But I started thinking she had possibly gone crazy once I heard the song she recorded. And everything else I've heard in the last few months just makes it worse.
ReplyDeleteYou must admit...she has the best/worst crying face haha. :) It's mean to point out, but come on girl hold it together! That song was the beginning to her spiral down hill. Poor girl, she needs a reality check stat.
