Rainy Day Rant

I had to go to school today for a group project meeting. 

It was raining, and cold, and I got a little wet, but not too  bad.

I came home and ate lunch, but something was missing.

Then I realized...I need my rainy day meal.

It consists of chocolate chip cookies after a regular lunch.

They are fresh out of the oven so warm and gooey. 

And then after an hour or so, a cup of hot cocoa with mini marshmallows.

And fuzzy socks and my warm fuzzy blanket with a book, magazine, or Netflix.

Sounds great right?

I DON'T HAVE ANY OF THAT!!!!

No eggs for the cookies, no hot cocoa with mini marshmallows, and no fuzzy socks :[

Parker makes fun of me because I am always drawn to the fuzzy socks at whatever store we are at.

If we were at Nordstrom Rack, I could find the socks under 2 min. 

H&M, oh yeah, found those too. 

A grocery store, I'm sure they are there. 

The problem is, I don't actually purchase the socks, I just touch them and look at all of the fun colors and designs.

And repeat the phrase, "OH! They are so fuzzy and would keep my feet so warm!"

Because of the rain 

{which is actually a constant light drizzle, nothing crazy}

I will buy a pair of warm fuzzy socks. I think my toes deserve it!!

Because the rain makes my hair go nuts, it is in a nice little sock bun, aka wavy hair girls best friend when it comes to moisture. 

This may sound gross to some, but I love putting my hair back in a sock bun after day 3 of not washing it. Your natural oils hold back any fly aways so you don't have to use hairspray.

Well I am off to go hangout with Parker.
