Update

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!

I took very little pictures this year. 

Because of losing my Grandma a few days before, my family didn't have presents and the normal Christmas Eve celebration.

Our celebration was about being together, and it was perfect.

I made some yummy garlic mashed potatoes, which I am going to post when I make them next.

My dad made some chicken with his homemade BBQ sauce that is called:

"Don's Not So Famous BBQ Sauce", very clever haha.

My mom made green beans and my cousins made the goodies!

My sister also  made oatmeal cookies and I made cinnamon crumb cake.

Needless to say, we were STUFFED by the end of the night!!

Christmas Day we went to my dad's side of the family. 

Even more food there!

My dad made a ham, and my Uncle Dave BBQed a turkey.

My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Yesterday I had my knee surgery.

I type this as I'm in bed propped up with pillows and have my ice machine going.

So no exciting blogs for a few days!! 

My surgery experience was pretty good! 

I'll do a whole blog post on it when I can take pictures when I am more mobile.

My view right now. My leg is huge because of the brace. I haven't seen it without, but I am going to check it out later. I'm kinda scared to know what's under there haha.
